Chris Hemsworth is an actor but lauded for his commitment to fitness. In a recent post made on Instagram, Hemsworth shared a grueling boxing workout where he was hitting the heavy bag.
Hemsworth developed his passion for fitness before he graced the movie industry. He gained popularity for his portrayal of the Marvel comic book superhero Thor in the film franchise. His depiction is considered to be one of the most realistic of any fictional character in a movie. Hemsworth worked hard in the gym and packed on the pounds to get ready for the role.
He recently made headlines for his work in the movie Extraction, where he followed a bodyweight training regimen to get ready for the role of a Black Ops mercenary. The 38-year-old focused on improving his speed, agility, and strength instead of lifting free weights.
For his role in Thor: Love and Thunder, the latest installment of the series, Hemsworth took his physique to the next level and added even more muscle to his frame. He showed off his gigantic biceps in a behind-the-scenes photo from the set of the film while in production.
