Hany Rambod is breaking down Classic Physique standout Ramon Queiroz’s physique. On February 14, 2025, he ranked his look and gave exercise recommendations to improve for his next contest.
Ramon Queiroz is an established Classic Physique IFBB Pro, who has come incredibly close to winning the Olympia title. In 2022 and 2023, he narrowly took second place to reigning six-time Classic Physique Olympia Chris Bumstead.
However, when he made it back to the Olympia in 2024, the Brazilian star missed the mark, securing fourth place. While Queiroz usually tests himself at the annual Arnold Classic, he’s opted to take time away from the stage for improvements. With Bumstead’s sudden retirement from the sport, Queiroz is one of the favorites to win the vacant title when the ‘Super Bowl of Bodybuilding’ returns.

In a recent YouTube video, Rambod assessed Queiroz’s physique. He was impressed with his forearms but warned Queiroz not to let them get too big as they could throw off the symmetry of his look.
“First thing that stands out, not only does he have great arms, he has crazy crazy forearms,” shared Rambod. “If he isn’t careful, they could end up becoming too big.”
“Ramon, awesome calves, the bicep-to-calve ratio is on point. I mentioned this before, it’s really important that you do not lose the symmetry between your upper body and your lower body.”
He adds that Queiroz would benefit from more detail in his quads.
“Again, this wasn’t his best look, but what I’d like to see is a little more detail in that area [quads] yes, so what I’m going to do is on that one, I’m moving a little bit more into the red [red means needs improvements]. Just a little more detail, as he dries out he’s going to be even more separated.”
Side Chest
Moving on to the side chest pose, Rambod believes improving his conditioning would help bring out the details of his chest. He explained that Queiroz needs more triceps and recommended he perform more reverse grip pushdowns.
“What I really like is his width. That width that we’re looking for here. He’s twisting just the right amount,” adds Rambod. “As we move on to the upper body, again, great arms, very nice chest, overall conditioning as I mentioned, if he’s dialed in and he’s super dry, he’s going to look even more striated through the chest.”
“Make sure to get that water manipulation right in the last couple of days. When it comes to the side chest, I would like to see just a little more depth in the tricep, that outer tricep. Doing some reverse grip pushdowns would really help that.”
Back Double Biceps
He shared that Queiroz would have a stronger back double biceps if he added more back as it would enhance his V-taper.
“He’s got great great traps all through here looks awesome. Now, could he have a little bit more in the back as we talked about from the front? Yes. Just a little bit more would give him an extra amount of V-taper. His lower back looks really good through here.”
Rambod emphasized that if he improves his conditioning, this pose will become more powerful.
“The glutes here are going to get tighter as his conditioning continues to get better,” he adds. “Same thing actually goes for the calves as well, from the front you can see them nice and full they are popping. They look really really good but again, they could use just a little more detail here just as he gets a little bit drier and a little bit more conditioned.”
Hany Rambod’s Rating:
“I give Ramon Dino an 8.3 Sandow score.”
Fans look forward to seeing Ramon Queiroz back on stage. He has yet to announce his next contest, though many believe he’s holding out to make a statement at the 2025 Mr. Olympia, scheduled for October 9-12 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
