Jordan Hutchinson’s diet is locked in heading into the 2026 Mr. Olympia. In a July 20 YouTube video, he outlined his 5,000-calorie full day of eating and supplement stack nine weeks out from hitting the stage.

Hutchinson’s breakout season came in 2025. He secured gold at the 2025 Tampa and Texas Pro, defeating high-profile talent, including Quinton Eriya, John Jewett, and Jo Palacios. This momentum helped Hutchinson prepare for the biggest show of the year.

In his first Mr. Olympia appearance, he landed in 12th, but it gave him valuable experience against top-tier Men’s Open stars. After taking bronze at the 2026 Flex Weekend Italy Pro, Hutchinson nailed down his Olympia qualification with a statement win at the Mr. Big Evolution Portugal Pro. Looking ahead, he believes changes to his diet could be key to moving up the Olympia ladder.

Jordan Hutchinson’s Diet Breakdown for the 2026 Mr. Olympia

Meal 1

  • Waffles
  • Strawberries
  • Egg whites
  • 1 Banana
  • English Muffins
  • Whole eggs
  • Peanut Butter

During the video, Hutchinson revealed that his coach reduced his carb intake.

“Talked with Chris, in the meantime, he pulled my food back like 100 grams of carbs and 15 grams of fats per day. He also pulled my off days back as well. He said what I definitely saw myself, legs are super dry, glutes are super dry, there’s a little bit of water in the midsection.”

He moved on with chicken and rice, but said he’s carefully monitoring added fats at this point in prep.

“Chris was having me do 10 grams of added fats, which was great while it lasted but it was short-lived. I knew it would be. He just wanted to feed me up and get my weight up.”

“Check out this beautiful post-workout creation,” he said. “This is about to be insane. Crazy post-workout concoction here.”

He kept it savory for his fifth meal, and ate more sourdough bread with chicken and rice.

“I put a little bit of filtered water on it and toasted it, or microwave it for a minute so it softens up. Just like 13 seconds. That’s super good alongside my meal.”

  • 175 grams of flank steak
  • 50 grams of zucchini
  • Red onions

To finish off the day, Hutchinson ate steak with rice before bed.

Jordan Hutchinson is keeping his diet clean but not overly restrictive ahead of his sophomore Olympia appearance. The 2026 Mr. Olympia is scheduled for September 24-27 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
