Nick Walker’s coach, Prabh Dhaliwal, is already mapping out their strategy for the 2027 Arnold Classic. In a recent video (October 21, 2026), he revealed that Walker is posing three times a day and doing vacuums ahead of the event.

Nick Walker made history as the 20th Mr. Olympia champion. His triumph wasn’t without sacrifice. In 2025, Walker fell to sixth at the Olympia, the lowest finish of his career. After running a solo prep, Walker managed to claim second place at the 2026 Arnold Classic. He linked up with Dhaliwal afterward, who helped him dominate the Tampa Pro.

In their second contest together, Walker shocked the world to claim the Sandow trophy. Looking ahead, he aims to win as many Arnold Classics and Mr. Olympias as he possibly can. Dhaliwal opened up on the posing adjustments he believes will be key to bringing a new and improved Walker to the stage.

“I’m listening to every feedback. I watched that Arnold Classic tape, Tyler talking over and over again, what we need to do; this is what we need to do to fix his physique, or add to his physique for the judges to accept that this is a new version of Nick.”

“First and foremost, you have to listen to the judges because they’re judging you. 10 people are sitting on the panel; nobody else’s opinion really matters.”

He believes the trust they established in Tampa has only helped Walker grow as a bodybuilder.

“When you get to three days out, and it’s like I’m working with a new guy, and it’s like all the talk is about this guy and that guy. Nick knows who he is, but you also need to build that trust, and the first show is a trust-building moment.”

As for adjustments, Dhaliwal revealed that Walker is posing up to three times a day and hitting vacuums to keep his midsection tight and controlled.

“We knew there was corrections to be made, and I think there are still corrections to be made. When we hear the analysis from the judges, and it’s like this is what you need to do in this pose. The first thing we think is, how can we get better? If it’s in our control, we want to control it. Same thing with the legs, the main thing with the legs is he used to put them a little too close. When I’m looking at him, I’m like let’s space those out a bit. Let’s get them a little wider; therefore, you have a better taper.”

“Nick is doing vacuums. Nick is doing his homework. Nick is posing at least two to three times a day. That’s something that he wanted to do,” he shared.

Walker hasn’t been shy about his goals. While speaking with Fouad Abiad, he revealed that he wants to beat Jay Cutler’s Mr. Olympia and Arnold Classic records before calling it a career. He also said his momentum wouldn’t take a hit even if he falls short at the 2027 Arnold.

With daily posing making up a big part of this prep, Dhaliwal intends to bring Walker in even stronger. The 2027 Arnold Classic is scheduled for March 4-7 in Columbus, Ohio.
