This is possibly the biggest question fans have had this when it comes to the competitors who will be at the Olympia 2019. And Heath has been sort of avoiding it.
But now that Rhoden is out and even Big Ramy, who placed 2nd behind Heath in 2017 won’t be competing… would it be dumb for Phil Heath to sit out?
After all, he is only one title away from tying the all-time record of 8 wins with legends Ronnie Coleman and Lee Haney.
But that’s not to say Roelly Winklaar, Brandon Curry and William Bonac aren’t serious threats. It’s just that Phil Heath has an advantage after having won the title seven times. And he’s actually in amazing shape right now as he’s still a huge ambassador for bodybuilding, even touring in the U.K. currently.
But, whether or not he’ll decide to come back is something we’ll find out pretty soon. And most people would agree that it’d be in his best interest to do so as there’s no better time than now!
