Brazilian bodybuilder Ramon Rocha Queiroz has quickly become one of the most promising talents in the Classic Physique division. In a recent video posted on YouTube, Ramon Dino shared an impressive posing routine in a physique update two weeks from the upcoming 2023 Arnold Classic.
Rising sensation Ramon Rocha Queiroz boasts an incredible blend of size and proportions. The IFBB Pro League athlete gained attention for his strong showing at the 2021 Europa Pro Championships, where he finished runner-up behind Fabian Mayr after a close-fought battle. His next appearance happened at the Musclecontest Brazil Pro. He handily dispatched the competition and took home the top prize. Then, he made his Olympia debut to conclude the 2021 season with a fifth-place finish.
Dino made his way to the 2022 Arnold Classic to kick off last year. He proved his potential with a runner-up finish behind two-time Arnold Classic winner Terrence Ruffin. Although he didn’t win gold, Dino defeated fellow top contender Urs Kalecinski and former two-time Classic Physique Olympia champ Breon Ansley.
Following the result, Ramon Rocha Queiroz became one of the main talking points for the 2022 Mr. Olympia. He generated buzz going into the show with a shredded physique update two weeks out. Former Mr. Olympia winner Samir Bannout was fully sold on Dino’s package and backed him to come out on top of the most prestigious fitness showcase in the world.
During the weigh-ins for the show, there were concerns about Dino’s participation after he came in four pounds over the limit. Ramon wasn’t discouraged by the roadblock and turned in a fantastic performance at the Olympia two months ago. In the end, Dino fell short to champion Chris Bumstead, who managed to extend his lead as the winningest Classic Physique athlete in the history of Olympia competitions with four titles.

Following the outcome, Bannout thought Ramon brought a better package than ‘CBum’ on stage but missed out on the victory because he wasn’t in control of his posing.
Ramon is scheduled to return for the upcoming 2023 Arnold Classic, scheduled for March 2-5 in Columbus, Ohio. He enters the contest as the highest-ranked Olympian in the Classic Physique class. German sensation Urs Kalecinski expressed his excitement at getting another crack at Ramon and plans to defeat Dino by any means necessary.
