Bodybuilding legend Ronnie Coleman started posting Instagram videos of him training after not being able too since January of this year. Well, in each of those videos, Coleman explained how incredibly thankful he is to be able to do what he loves after nearly being able to never walk again.
Coleman’s back surgeries could have put him out of commission and it seems as if the big man upstairs was really looking after the legend.
Here is another more recent post on Instagram by the champ…
“Trying my best to have as much fun as possible in the gym these days. After this use to be my job back in the day and then having 8 surgeries on my back alone.
You never know what life will throw at you. I’m so glad just to have the opportunity to just be able to train these days because you never know what life’s gonna dish out to you. I
never take these days for granted and still look forward to going to the gym each and every day. But most importantly after not being able to train for 6 months because of my last neck surgery.
It definitely feels good to say, Once again it’s on like Hong Kong.”
Here is another update from the Bodybuilding King:
Coleman wrote… back in the gym:
Having so much fun these days now that I’m back in the gym. The weird thing about this is when I’m not able to workout after a surgery and the Dr strongly urges me not to go to the gym.
I be thinking that the world is about to end all because I can’t do what I love to do in the world.
But it’s the best thing to ever happen seems like when I’m back in the gym working out.
All I have to say is Praise God because I know I am truly blessed when I’m able to train. Yeah Buddy, once again it’s on like Cheech and Chong.
