Fitness influencer Tristyn Lee first gained attention for his ripped physique as a budding teen bodybuilding sensation. In a recent video uploaded on his YouTube channel, Lee shared a taxing workout he utilized to develop a more detailed back.
Tristyn Lee found his passion for fitness early and spent the majority of his time in the training room since his teen years. He made headlines at the age of 15 after uploading several pictures of his insane build online. He sported a defined midsection with a six-pack along with a high level of conditioning. The teen sensation carved out his own space in the fitness community with an unrelenting dedication to working out.
The late Shawn Rhoden was left in awe of Lee’s potential when they teamed up at the Gold’s Gym Venice beach, regarded as one of the more notable meccas of bodybuilding. He praised the youngster and labeled him ‘the future of bodybuilding’ after pushing through a session led by Chris ‘Psycho’ Lewis.
Social media influencer Bradley Martyn joined forces with Lee as well. The pair crushed a challenging set of seated dumbbell presses with a unique contraption before moving on to the regular variation. Lee achieved a new PR with the help of Martyn, who also set a new personal best. A few months later, Tristyn and Martyn reunited for a heavy back and arm workout.
Considering Lee’s insane build, there was speculation about what his body fat percentage would be. When he was 18, Lee recorded 5% body fat at 140 pounds.

Tristyn Lee shares back transformer workout
In a recent YouTube video, Tristyn Lee shared an intense back workout that he utilized for better gains. He kicked off the workout with deadlifts and stressed the importance of performing effective reps.
“We decided to throw it in right at the beginning of the workout. It’s the heaviest movement so it’s going to be the most taxing on our body,” said Lee. “The way we generally structure our workout is put our heaviest most internally stabilized movements at the start. Then, as we progress further in the workout, more externally stabilized movements will be implemented into the workout.”
“Don’t try to eliminate a muscle group when you’re training another muscle group just for the sake of it. This is going to lower your actual load capacity a lot and you’re not going to be able to work it to true failure.”

He also partnered with Canadian IFBB Pro bodybuilder Frank McGrath for a brutal arm day workout in Dec. 2021. The duo went through a series of exercises targeting both biceps and triceps with some forearm work. During that time, Lee disclosed that his body fat dropped down to 4%.
Tristyn Lee recently enlisted the help of Harley Morenstein, founder of Epic Meal Time, for a massive 17,000-calorie Big Mac cheat meal last month.
