2024 Arnold Classic Open Bodybuilding Results — Hadi Choopan Wins

The 2024 Arnold Classic, headlined by the mass monsters of the Men’s Open division, concluded on Day 2 Saturday night with a bang. In the end, Hadi Choopan won his first Arnold Classic title. Samson Dauda shined in second place and Rafael Brandao took third at the second-biggest event of the year 

Before the event, attention was fixed on Hadi Choopan and Samson Dauda, given their second and third-place rankings in the last Mr. Olympia. With momentum in his back pocket thanks to a pair of Pro wins, Dauda presented arguably one of his tightest packages to date with improved conditioning, especially from the back. However, Choopan’s back lat spread looked next-level. 

It was an unforgettable night in Columbus, Ohio as Men’s Open titans Samson Dauda and Hadi Choopan took part in an action-packed showdown. Dauda, whose arms were up in size, created the illusion of an even smaller waist on stage. However, Choopan refused to take back steps at the night show, displaying saran-wrap conditioning complete with bursting fullness. 

2024 Arnold Classic Bodybuilding Results:

Samson Dauda continues to redefine what is possible for his physique, from back improvements, added mass, to dry detail. As the reigning 2023 Arnold Classic champion and winner of the 2023 Romania Pro and EVLS Prague Pro, fans could see he was not only comfortable on stage but improved his posing stamina, having gone toe-to-toe with Choopan for much of the night. Dauda placed third, one spot behind runner-up Choopan at the 2023 Olympia show. 

Choopan, the former Mr. Olympia winner, was hellbent on securing his first Arnold Classic title and proving to Samson Dauda that he is still the rightful number-one contender to Derek Lunsford’s throne. Following confirmation rounds and an epic posedown, Hadi Choopan turned in the victory. Samson Dauda placed second. Rafael Brandao took third.
