Bodybuilder Andrew Jacked, real name Chinedu Andrew Obiekea, wrapped up a sensational season last year at the 2022 Mr. Olympia. Recently, bodybuilding guru Chris Aceto shared that Jacked is already looking better than he did at the Olympia and will bring his best at the upcoming 2023 Arnold Classic.
Budding prospect Andrew Jacked rose to prominence for his insane symmetry and muscle mass as a Men’s Open competitor last year. He kicked off the season with a victory at the 2022 Arnold Amateur, which earned him his IFBB Pro card. Then, he claimed victories at the IFBB Texas Pro and IFBB Arnold Classic UK.
There was a lot of hype going into the 2022 Mr. Olympia and Andrew did not disappoint. He cracked the top ten and placed eighth in his debut. What made the performance even more impressive was that he competed while fighting a cold. Fellow Men’s Open standout Nick Walker extended his support for Jacked by suggesting he made the other Olympia participants look like amateurs backstage.
Andrew Jacked got confirmed to make a quick turnaround for the nearing 2023 Arnold Classic, scheduled for March 2-5 in Columbus, Ohio. He will get the chance to battle with Walker again. Although Walker is the favorite to win the show, some have suggested that Jacked could beat him with his aesthetics and shape.
Andrew is leaving no stone unturned in his preparations for the event. He joined forces with Chris ‘Psycho’ Lewis, coach of the late former Mr. Olympia winner Shawn Rhoden. Along with Lewis, Jacked also enlisted the expertise of Chris Aceto to prep for the upcoming contest. He seems to have found the right team as he feels more confident than ever after forging new partnerships with both Aceto and Lewis last month.

In a recent YouTube video, prolific bodybuilding guru Chris Aceto shared positive updates about Andrew Jacked’s preparations going into the 2023 Arnold Classic.
“At the end of the day, Andrew is pushing back against Chris ‘Psycho’ Lewis. I know Chris. Chris wants to just absolutely crush him and part of it is to see where he’s at mentally,” said Aceto. “Then, the other part is can he really handle the training Chris wants to put him through. On both of those accounts, I would say Chris would grade him as an A. He takes the training and he pushes back. Chris is pushing him as far as he thinks he needs to be pushed.
“Some people aren’t going to be able to get off the canvas and do the workouts. He’s doing the workouts. I think he will be at his best, possibly by a mile. A radical part of that is the training. You can’t diet yourself into a Mr. Olympia kind of physique. The training’s got to be there.
“The crazy thing is so many of them are just wild trainers, just balls to the walls, no pause button. There’s something about people’s training that make it to the top that’s impressive. He’s training with Chris and things go good, you can see from that shot, I think he’s big, getting harder, he’s got a month.”
Aceto believes he has already made enough progress to outshine his Olympia appearance and that he will bring his best package ever next month.
“I would say I thought today in pictures, he was probably at his best regardless of having competed. I think his best is coming up in five weeks,” said Aceto. “I think his best look so far was today. It is probably the best look that includes having been on Olympia stage. I think he’s better now than he was on stage at the Olympia. If the Olympia was tomorrow, and he brought this package, I think he’d be a little bit fuller and tighter than he was the day of the show. That’s just everyday training sessions.”
Bodybuilding guru Milos Sarcev believes the Arnold Classic trophy will come down to an intense battle between Jacked, Nick Walker, and top contender Samson Dauda. Fans will be excited to see Andrew Jacked return to action on stage next month.
