How To Perform the Push Ups

  1. Start in a high plank position with your hands placed slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and your feet together.
  2. Ensure your body forms a straight line from head to heels, engaging your core and glutes.
  3. Lower your body by bending your elbows, keeping them at a 45-degree angle to your body.
  4. Lower yourself until your chest is just above the ground.
  5. Push through your palms to extend your elbows and return to the starting position.
  6. Maintain proper form throughout the movement, keeping your core tight and back straight.
  7. Inhale as you lower your body and exhale as you push back up.
