After a super long flight to Cologne, Germany, Phil Heath and his coach Hany Rambod joined forces after not having trained together since before the 2018 Olympia and now they’re making up for lost with a killer FST-7 shoulder workout.
The workout started with some side lateral raises, then they jumped into some pretty intense front delt raises, followed by a machine press for overall shoulder development, and some posing in between more shoulder presses with intense partials incorporated in.
Then they finished off with some single arm cable rear delt flyes, and finally, the steering wheel front delt raise where Heath simulated driving a car.
