Arnold Schwarzenegger Shares One Of His Favorite Back Exercises

Arnold Schwarzenegger Works His Back With Some T-Bar Rows During Home Workout Session

It is a well known fact that Arnold Schwarzenegger has a pretty solid home gym setup. He put part of it to good use recently, when he decided to get some back work in.

Despite being 73 years old, Arnold still tries his best to never miss a workout. To aid in that effort, he decided to put together a pretty decent training facility at his house. Although it is not the most extravagant home gym we have ever seen, it is more than enough for him and his donkeys to use for solid workouts. This has proven especially useful during the current global pandemic that left most of the gyms in the country closed for several months, but even now that this is not the case he still spends a lot of time pumping iron at home.

Arnold Schwarzenegger was back at it again recently, getting work done in his own home yet again. Taking to his Instagram, the bodybuilding legend was seen getting in a decent back workout. To do this, he employed the always fun t-bar rows, moving around some pretty solid weight.

“Old but not obsolete. T-bar rows are one of my favorite exercises. Here’s some Monday motivation!”

This is not at all a bad performance from Arnold, with a pretty decent amount of weight. He is absolutely right about not being obsolete either. Not only does he regularly provide inspiration, tips, and motivation to upcoming athletes, but he is still in outstanding shape, especially for his age. Whether it’s the t-bar rows above, or he is just showing off his unreal flexibility, he is never too far away from blowing minds with his ability to stay fit even as he nears his 80’s.

“Flexibility is as important as the pump.”

In the years since Arnold Schwarzenegger has retired from competition, he has dealt with a ton of injuries and health concerns. While he is seemingly always able to overcome these struggles, continuing to have roles in major Hollywood action films, it is still impressive to see that he is in the shape that he is. Of course, he would not be this way if it were not for the hard work that he is constantly doing in the gym. Whether that be at home, or at Gold’s Gym, he is always doing his best to stay healthy, and this has clearly paid off for him in the long run.
