Australian actor Chris Hemsworth has an undying passion for fitness and working out with a busy schedule. In a recent post made on Instagram, Hemsworth performed an improvised training session in Kenya, Africa.
Chris Hemsworth boasts one of the best physiques of any actor in Hollywood. Although he was always in good shape, Hemsworth took his physique to the next level for his breakout role in the Marvel comic book film franchise, Thor. He received major praise for his realistic portrayal of the burly superhero.
Hemsworth left the fans stunned with a behind-the-scenes photo last July. He showed off his insanely jacked arm development from the sets of Thor: Love and Thunder. He also made significant improvements to his build and packed on the pounds to get jacked for the film.
Hemsworth doesn’t shy away from pushing the limits. He adopted a leaner and more athletic physique in order to depict a Black Ops mercenary in the 2020 action film Extraction. The 39-year-old revealed he used bodyweight training instead of free weights to get ripped for the role.
Hemsworth maintains an intense schedule but always finds time for his workouts. He capitalized on his passion by launching a fitness lifestyle app called Centrfit. The Marvel superstar shared a series of little to no-equipment workout plans to promote the launch in August 2022. He kicked it off with an insane bodyweight workout that he performed on the top deck of a Naval ship in the middle of the ocean.
Then, Hemsworth provided a tough 50-rep full-body workout with five exercises. A few days later, Hemsworth issued a grueling 200-rep full-body workout challenge to his 56.1 million followers on Instagram. The routine consisted of five exercises that targeted every body part.

In a recent Instagram post, Chris Hemsworth managed to perform a workout session by improvising in the Kenyan wilderness.

Hemsworth likes to switch up his training routines and takes advantage of different workouts based on his goals. He gave fans a look into his boxing training on the heavy bag last October. He followed that up with another insane full-body workout plan. The fierce training session was made up of four rounds of either bodyweight exercises or dumbbell movements.

Last month, Hemsworth shared an intense sprint training session with his fans. He showed off his ripped frame while performing sprints on a treadmill to start the week. It appears his dedication to being the fittest man in Hollywood hasn’t gone anywhere.
