Meal 1
- 30 grams of Glyphosate-Free Oats
- Simple Mills Pancake Mix
- Vanilla
- Lily’s Chocolate Chips
- Frozen Blueberries
- 40 grams of Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Powder
- 25 grams of Nut Butter
- Maple Syrup
Her first meal of the day was pancakes made with almond flour. She added chocolate chips, blueberries, nut butter, vanilla, syrup, and protein powder to complete the dish.
Meal 2
- Jasmine Rice
- Frozen French Green Beans
- Cucumber
- Shredded Chicken
- Ground Turkey
- Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt
- Shredded Lettuce
Chapados opted for a salad as her second meal of the day, shortly after she finished her morning cardio.
“I’m back home. I went to do cardio. I had my breakfast. I did some work, now I’m behind on my meals but I eat meal number two and number three about two hours in between and then I’m going to go train around five o’clock today.”
Meal 3
- 4 Ounces of Chicken
- 2.5 Ounces of Avocado
- 3 Ounces of Japanese Sweet Potato
- Lettuce
- Cucumber
- 20 Grams of Hazelnuts
She followed up with chicken and sweet potatoes before her next gym session.
“I have to be back in the gym in one hour,” she shared. “I do have carbs in this meal. If I do six meals, I will have a meal that will have no carbs and mostly just protein actually.”
Meal 4
- Chicken
- Organic Turkey
- Japanese Sweet Potatoes
- Lettuce
- Cucumber
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Thyme
- Oregano
- Vegetable Broth
She included a handful of seasonings to dress up her ground turkey, although she admits there’s no measure she can take to reduce its dryness.
“To me, there’s no perfect way of cooking ground turkey. It’s going to kind of be dry-ish anyways. I’m going to season it with some black pepper and a little bit of salt and oregano. Last but not least, a little bit of thyme.”
Meal 5
- Egg Whites
- Ezekiel Bread
- Peanut Butter
To curb her appetite before bed, Chapados took down egg whites with toast.
“This is my last meal,” she shared. “289 calories, 34 grams of protein, 19 grams of carbs, and seven grams of fat. I’m going to bed and then this starts all over again tomorrow.”
All signs point to a stacked lineup at the 2025 Bikini Olympia. Returning champions Jennifer Dorie, Maureen Blanquisco, and Ashley Kaltwasser will all be on the hunt for glory. Considering how often gold changes hands in this division, it’s anyone’s title heading into October.
Chapados is eating clean and training diligently to retain the sport’s ultimate honor on the horizon. The 2025 Mr. Olympia is set for October 9-12 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
