Bikini star Lauralie Chapados is giving a behind-the-scenes look at how she kicks off her day. In a YouTube video from May 12, 2026, she detailed her morning routine and daily ab workout ahead of the 2026 Pittsburgh Pro.
In 2024, Lauralie Chapados reached the top of the sport. She took out three-time Bikini Olympia champ Ashley Kaltwasser, Jasmine Gonzalez, and Aimee Delgado en route to gold. A year later, she attempted to defend her title, but missed the mark and fell to sixth place.
The Canadian native moved on, pushing her chips all-in at the 2026 Arnold Classic. However, Chapados narrowly lost against Delgado in Columbus, Ohio. This encounter set the table for their upcoming rematch in Pittsburgh, and Chapados is sticking to a strict protocol leading into the event.

Ahead of her return in Pittsburgh, Chapados has been transparent with fans about her diet and training. She recently broke down her higher-carb full day of eating, which has helped her maintain energy levels for consistent workouts. Chapados believes her morning routine and daily ab workouts will give her an edge onstage. The 2026 Pittsburgh Pro is set for May 16-17 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
