Where Will You Be?

Project your powerlifting total 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years from now based on your current numbers and training age.

Your Current Numbers

Projections model raw lifting with a general strength-progression curve. Equipped lifting follows different curves and is not covered here.

How many years have you been training the competition lifts consistently?

How the Prediction Works

The projection is built from the competition histories of lifters in the OpenPowerlifting database who started near your current numbers: same sex, similar bodyweight class, similar total. It shows how that cohort actually progressed across their next meets, then maps the median path and the spread onto your starting point.

That makes it a description of real outcomes, not a promise. Half the cohort progressed faster than the median line and half slower; training, coaching, bodyweight changes, and meet selection all move individuals off the average. Use the range, not the single line.

Getting a Useful Projection

Enter competition-legal bests rather than gym maxes, since the cohort data comes from judged lifts. Cross-check the projection against competition standards for your class, and see how full careers unfold on the career trajectory tool. When a meet is on your calendar, plan openers with the attempt selector.
