Top 10 Lists

Data-driven rankings from 3.84 million competition entries. The greatest powerlifting performances of all time.

What These Lists Are

Every list on this page is computed from sanctioned competition results in the OpenPowerlifting database, not from gym claims or social media numbers. A lift only counts here if it happened on a platform, under judges, at a recorded meet.

Top lists answer a different question than world records. A record is the single best mark in a category. A top list shows the depth behind it: the ten heaviest squats ever pulled raw, the highest DOTS scores across all weight classes, the biggest totals by equipment. Depth tells you whether a record is an outlier or the front of a pack.

How to Read Them

Each entry links to the athlete's competition profile and the meet where the lift happened, so every number can be traced to its source. Weights are shown in kilograms with pound conversion available on entity pages. For a head-to-head look at any two lifters on a list, use the comparison tool.
