Ramon “Dino” Queiroz isn’t coasting ahead of his title defense this September. In an Instagram post from July 14, 2026, he showed off his shredded back 10 and a half weeks before competing at the Mr. Olympia.

Ramon Dino has quickly become one of the most popular athletes in Brazil. His narrow waist, massive biceps, and aesthetic shape have helped him command some of the sport’s most prestigious stages. In 2023, he secured gold at the Arnold Classic, leading many to question if he could one day win the Olympia.

In 2024, Dino faced multiple setbacks. He lost his title to Wesley Vissers at the Arnold Classic. When he made his way to Olympia, he fell to fourth place. However, this steered the Brazilian star towards redemption. He took a lengthy off-season in 2025, with hopes of bringing his best-ever to the ‘Super Bowl of Bodybuilding.’

Chris Bumstead retired from the sport, leaving the title vacant and up for grabs. At the 2025 Mr. Olympia, Dino defeated Mike Sommerfeld and Terrence Ruffin to become only the fourth Classic Physique Olympia champion in history. Looking ahead, Ramon Dino is focused on presenting a new level of conditioning to distance himself from the lineup.

“Posing warm-up for the guest pose,” shared André Carlos Pierin.

Fans took over the comment section to share their thoughts on the progress video:

“Dude, what you created together with Ramon’s team is something incredible. Incredible work.”

“Now that’s the best back-to-back double of the day 👏”

“I saw it personally, he’s going to get another ⭕️🏆 too much left-wing”

“I’ve seen him before and now he’s coming from another good season with a well-formed, consistent team, I trust he’ll do great again. The others are good too, but Dino will give.”

With Urs Kalecinski jumping into the Men’s Open, fans wonder if Ramon Dino could follow a similar path. According to Dino, he intends to rule the Classic Physique throne for five years. After that, he said he’d consider finishing his career in the Men’s Open.

Many have said Ramon Dino’s back was among his weaker body parts at the Olympia last year. Even head judge Steve Weinberger believes Dino’s chances this season depend on his back development. It looks like the champ has taken notice, and the event is set to make its return from September 24-27 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
