IFBB Pro Classic Physique competitor Ramon Rocha Querioz dropped a physique update. Popularly known as Ramon Dino, the 26-year-old is one of the best Brazilian competitors in the Classic Physique division. He will next compete at the 2022 Arnold Classic and looking at his physique, it seems that Ramon Dino will have a solid claim for the gold.

Arnold Classic is the second most prestigious professional bodybuilding competition and the first major pro show of the year. Bodybuilders are leaving no stones unturned to make a statement. Roman Rocha Queiroz’s preparation for Arnold Classic is underway and the 26-year-old appears to be in amazing shape in a recent Instagram video. Arnold Classic is still nine weeks away and Queiroz has a lot of time to improve it even further. Courtesy of his Instagram account, you can watch the physique update video here:

“Check day for new strategies with @therealtechnician Let’s goo!” Ramon Rocha Quieroz wrote in the caption to his post.

Ramon Rocha Queiroz will try to improve his standing among the best bodybuilders at the 2022 Arnold Classic

Barring the exception of winner Chris Bumstead, every top five Classic Physique finisher of 2021 Olympia will compete at the 2022 Arnold Classic. Olympia 2021 runner-up Terrence Ruffin and third-place finisher Breon Ansley are the obvious frontrunners to win the Classic Physique at the 2022 Arnold Classic. Urs Kalecinski, who finished fourth at the 2021 Olympia, will also try to improve his standing at the meet.

Ramon Rocha Queiroz achieved a fifth-place finish in the classic physique division at the 2021 Olympia. Given that three of four competitors that ranked above him at Olympia will participate at the 2022 Arnold Classic, Quieroz has an opportunity to make a statement at the competition by improving his standing. Furthermore, potentially stepping ahead of Ruffin, Ansley, and Kalecinski in the first major pro show of the year will give him the necessary momentum to enter 2022 Olympia as a serious threat to the Classic Physique championship.

However, the task is not as simple as it appears. In Chris Bumstead’s absence, 2021 Olympia runner-up finisher Terrence Ruffin will be the obvious favorite heading into Arnold Classic. In addition to that, the 2018 Arnold Classic winner Breon Ansley will be close behind him. Nevertheless, Ramon Rocha Queiroz’s recent physique update shows that he is more than ready to take up the great challenge. It will be interesting to see how it plays out when he steps on the stage.

Roman Rocha Queiroz’s bodybuilding career at a glance

One of the most talented prospects from Brazil, Ramon Rocha Queiroz is an IFBB Pro Classic Physique competitor. Quieroz earned his pro card with the first-place finish at the 2018 Mr. Olympia Amateur Brazil. However, he first entered professional competition three years later at the 2021 Europa Pro and achieved a runner-up finish in the Classic Physique division, securing a spot at the 2021 Olympia.

Following a fifth-place finish at the 2021 Olympia, Quieroz won the 2021 Muscle Contest Brazil and secured his spot at the 2022 Olympia. 2022 will also mark Ramon Rocha Queiroz’s Arnold Classic debut. Furthermore, a potential win at the show will likely cement his position as the obvious frontrunner for the 2022 Olympia Classic Physique crown.

Ramon Rocha Queiroz’s bodybuilding competition history

2018

  • Olympia Amateur Brazil – 1st Place/overall – Earned Pro Card

2021

  • Europa Pro – 2nd Place (2021 Olympia Qualifier)
  • Olympia – 5th place
