2021 Arnold Sports Festival UK is in the books. The inaugural show took place in Bermingham, England on October 3, 2021. Strongwoman Rhianon Lovelace won the log lift and deadlift event in the open division in the Arnold Strongwoman UK Log and Deadlift Championships. She completed 11 reps of 154.3lbs (70kg) log overhead press and 13 reps of 396.8lbs (180kg) deadlift.

Rhianon Lovelace normally competes in the Under-64kg weight category. However, she decided to compete in the open division at the inaugural Arnold Sports Festival, UK. All of her deadlifts were close to three times her body weight. However, the amazing feat should not come as a surprise.

Rhianon Lovelace successfully executed a 600lbs deadlift (4.2 times the bodyweight) in early 2020 which stands as the heaviest official multiply women’s deadlift in her weight class. The 2018 World’s Strongest Woman in under-64kg weight class also created quite a stir with an impressive Silver Dollar deadlift of 800lbs which was 5.67 times her body weight in 2020.

Rhianon Lovelace expressed her feelings about winning the competition

Following the event, Rhianon Lovelace took to Instagram to share her thoughts on the event and her decision to compete against far bigger athletes in the open division at Arnold Sports Festival UK.

‘Incredible day! I stepped it up to compete against the Heavyweight Athletes and managed to win both the Log and the Deadlift Event!’

‘Was on the Be Inspired Stage for a Motivational Talk in between events, and was such an amazing experience. Some truly raw but honest conversation about climbing the ranks. Thank you everyone that came!’ Rhianon Lovelace wrote in the caption.

Courtesy of her Instagram account, you can watch Rhianon Lovelace accomplish the amazing feat here:
