British bodybuilder and fitness model Ryan Terry is one of the most consistent competitors in the IFBB Men’s Physique category. In a recent video posted on YouTube, Terry shared the massive 1,800+ calorie muscle-building shake that he utilizes in the off-season to maximize his gains.

Ryan Terry first gained attention for his impressive physique in 2010 after taking home the top prize at Mr. Great Britain and Mr. International. He entered the IFBB Pro league a few years later in 2014. It did not take long for him to find success as he scored his first win in the Men’s Physique class at the 2015 Pittsburgh Pro. The win earned him an invite to the Mr. Olympia competition, where he placed fourth in his debut.

In his second Olympia appearance in 2016, Terry narrowly missed out on the victory to four-time Men’s Physique Olympia champion, Jeremy Buendia

Terry came back with a vengeance the following season in 2017. He gave fans a look into 10 of his favorite ab exercises that he used to get ready for shows. He scored wins at the Arnold Sports Festival and the IFBB Asia Grand Prix. However, he dropped down to the sixth spot at the Olympia.

In 2018, he returned to the Olympia stage and got back in title contention with a third-place finish. Before the event, Terry was briefly sidelined after undergoing surgery for his hip. Later, he went on to win the 2019 IFBB Asia Grand Prix and the 2021 Arnold Classic UK.

Ryan Terry shared an at-home no-equipment core workout routine along with a grueling back training session for his fans online in 2020. He joined forces with prolific retired strongman Eddie Hall in April 2021 for a posing session where he led Hall through a series of poses, including the vacuum.

His latest appearance came at the 2022 Mr. Olympia contest. He brought an improved package and managed to get in the first callout during the pre-judging. Ultimately, he finished seventh. Besides being a professional bodybuilder, Terry also found success as a fitness model.
