Derek Lunsford Wins the 2025 Mr. Olympia Title
Derek Lunsford overpowered the competition and raised the Sandow trophy high as the new 2025 Mr. Olympia champion. The Men’s Open lineup was stacked with elite contenders, including defending champion Samson Dauda, who aimed to extend his reign after winning in 2024. Lunsford entered the weekend chasing a rare “Triple Crown”—winning the Arnold Classic, Pittsburgh Pro, and Mr. Olympia all in the same season.
While Nick Walker made a highly anticipated return, he was unable to break into the final callout. Andrew Jacked impressed with his best conditioning to date, and Hadi Choopan displayed trademark hardness as the night went on. Samson Dauda brought improved conditioning but sacrificed some back fullness, while Lunsford dominated with his flawless proportions and bulletproof back double biceps pose.
In the end, Derek Lunsford completed his Triple Crown and secured bodybuilding’s ultimate honor. Hadi Choopan earned second place and also claimed the People’s Champion Olympia Award. Andrew Jacked rounded out the top three after an outstanding performance onstage. Lunsford took home $600,000 for his victory, with Choopan earning $200,000, Jacked receiving $100,000, Dauda claiming $40,000, and Martin Fitzwater finishing fifth for $30,000.
Hadi Choopan Wins the 2025 People’s Champion Olympia Award
Hadi Choopan once again proved why he’s a fan favorite, earning the prestigious 2025 People’s Champion Olympia Award. The crowd erupted as Choopan was announced, recognizing his relentless conditioning, passion, and powerful stage presence throughout the weekend. Even without taking the Sandow, Choopan’s impact on fans around the world remains undeniable.

Ramon "Dino" Rocha Wins the 2025 Classic Physique Olympia Title
Ramon Rocha Queiroz made history at the 2025 Mr. Olympia by capturing his first Classic Physique Olympia title, becoming only the fourth athlete ever to hold the crown. Following the retirement of six-time champion Chris Bumstead in 2024, this year’s showdown marked a new era for the division.
The finals featured a thrilling battle among the sport’s elite. Terrence Ruffin impressed with sharp muscle hardness and detailed ab-thigh poses, while Mike Sommerfeld displayed an incredible front lat spread despite cutting 14 pounds in the final days before the show. In the end, Ramon Queiroz brought his most complete and aesthetic package to date, earning the win and taking home $100,000 in prize money. Mike Sommerfeld finished second, collecting $40,000, and Terrence Ruffin took third, earning $20,000. Josema Munoz and Niall Darwen rounded out the top five with $10,000 and $6,000, respectively.
Ryan Terry cemented his dominance in the Men’s Physique division by winning his third consecutive Olympia title, extending his reign for another year. After a hard-fought battle in 2024, where he narrowly defeated Ali Bilal, Terry once again faced a stacked lineup of elite competitors, including former champions Erin Banks, Brandon Hendrickson, and Jeremy Buendia.
The finals were a four-man showdown filled with razor-thin margins. Erin Banks impressed with his back width and fullness, Brandon Hendrickson showcased an incredibly detailed midsection, and Ali Bilal brought striking improvements from last year’s runner-up finish. However, Terry’s overall balance, flow, and stage presence kept him at the top once again.
In the end, Ryan Terry claimed gold and continued his legacy as one of the most consistent champions in Men’s Physique Olympia history. Ali Bilal took second, while Brandon Hendrickson rounded out the podium in third.
