Las Vegas, Oct. 10 — The 2025 Figure Olympia finals began at 7:15 p.m. PDT at the Resorts World Theatre. After they wrapped up, Rhea Gayle won the vacant crown, etching her name into bodybuilding history!
The event took place without eight-time Figure Olympia Cydney Gillon, who announced her retirement from the sport. It was an open field, and contenders took advantage of the moment. Among those gunning for gold were 2023/2025 Masters O Champ Jessica Reyes Padilla, Lola Montez, Denise Zwinger-Tynek, and Rhea Gayle.
They all stood toe-to-toe with each athlete boasting their own strengths—this meant the judges were extra focused on any flaws to determine who was leading. Ultimately, Rhea Gayle secured her first title in a close battle. Lola Montez took second, with Jessica Reyes Padilla rounding out the podium in third.
