Over the weekend, we saw competitors from several divisions compete at the 2021 IFBB Optimum Classic that took place in Shreveport, Louisiana. The categories included Men’s Physique, Women’s Physique, Bikini, and Master’s divisions.
NPC competitors had the opportunity to qualify for the 2021 National Championships and competitors in the IFBB category qualified for or earned points towards the 2021 Olympia in October.
Other recent competitions were the Indy Pro and New York Pro and things are scheduled to continue as planned despite the Covid-19 situation.
