Bodybuilder William Bonac is gearing up for the upcoming 2022 Mr. Olympia, scheduled for Dec. 15-18 at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. In a recent YouTube video, Bonac shared his full day of eating in prep several weeks from the Olympia.

William Bonac first gained attention in the IFBB Pro League for his impressive combination of size, conditioning, and muscle density. He narrowly missed out on the Sandow trophy in 2019 when Mr. Olympia Brandon Curry edged him out for the top prize.

Bonac enjoyed a solid season leading up to the biggest show in bodybuilding. He placed second at the 2022 Arnold Classic but fell short to foe Curry, who won the event. Just a week later, ‘The Conqueror’ made his way to the Boston Pro and dominated the competition for gold. The win secured his invite to Olympia this year.

‘The Conqueror’ appears to have made significant strides in muscle density since his last Olympia. His coach Chad Nicholls, who also trains powerhouse Big Ramy, gave a sneak peek at Bonac’s preparations for the show. They shared a massive physique update where Bonac was tipping the scales at a huge 264.6 pounds (120.3 kilograms). Nicholls is confident Bonac will be at his all-time best for the event.

  • Meal 1: steak, egg whites with yolk mixed, oatmeal with 1 scoop of protein.
  • Meal 2: rice, and fried fish (with more fish than rice).
  • Meal 3: potatoes with chicken breast.
  • Meal 4 (Pre-workout meal): rice, chicken breast, and salad.
  • Meal 5 (Post-workout): oatmeal with 1 scoop of isolate whey protein shake, potatoes with chicken breast.

Bonac had previously shared another full day of eating while in prep for the Olympia last month. He did not mention how far out he used the diet but expressed excitement about his new package.

William Bonac has received major backing from the likes of bodybuilding icon Jay Cutler. The four-time Mr. Olympia talked about the intense competition in the Men’s Open division this year. Cutler argued it would not be right for anyone to count out a competitor as established as Bonac.

Earlier this month, ’The Conqueror’ sent warning shots to his competition with an insane physique update. He showed off his unreal conditioning while performing a posing routine. Coach Nicholls stated everything was on target with Bonac’s progress and believes he will bring his best package to date.

Legendary bodybuilder Flex Wheeler advised Bonac to not play the size game with Big Ramy last week. He recounted his own experience trying the same strategy with eight-time Mr. Olympia winner Ronnie Coleman. Instead, Wheeler suggested Bonac focus on his posing routine.

Before sharing his full day of eating, William Bonac crushed a brutal leg workout in preparation for the 2022 Olympia. If the latest updates are any indication, Bonac is on track for a memorable performance in four weeks.
