Bodybuilding veteran Lee Priest recently joined Rx Muscle’s Dave Palumbo to break down a few pressing issues in the sport of bodybuilding. During the podcast, Priest discussed the late Leo Rex’s (Laith Abdullah Algaz) death and whether or not Tony Huge might be involved in his passing.

While competing as an IFBB pro, Priest was known for having some of the freakiest arms in the Men’s Open division. He competed from the 80s to the mid-2000s, and in that time, challenged some of the world’s best bodybuilders. Priest shared the stage and spotlight with eight-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, Dexter Jackson, Chris Cormier and several others.

Since stepping away from the stage, Priest has remained vocal and passionate about bodybuilding. In addition to recapping his career, he doesn’t shy away from discussing personal matters, steroid cycles, and training routines. Last year, Priest committed to a physique transformation at 50 years old. While fans hoped to see him return to Masters Olympia, he decided against competing until they make the age bracket 50+.

Earlier this week, the fitness industry endured a painful blow after influencer Leo Longevity tragically died at just 34 years old. He passed away at his close friend Tony Huge’s house in Thailand. The living quarters were ransacked when police arrived. Details are limited but Huge mentioned in a recent video that he doesn’t believe anyone else was involved in Leo’s death.

Lee Priest to Tony Huge: ‘Whatever Experiments You’re Doing, Knock It Off’

Priest mentioned that Tony Huge took part in an online video series called ‘mass blast,’ which focused on a few of his cohorts using PEDs to gain as much muscle as possible for a limited period of time. He added that it ‘doesn’t look good’ that someone actually died inside of Tony’s home.

“Like I said, he was pushing the bathroom door because he must have been against it. When we’re seeing — nothing on Tony Huge, but with Ameen Alai, he’s giving someone something. He could be going away for that for giving drugs. I’ve seen those other videos of Tony Huge the last year and the year before where they’re doing these transformation things — and the amount of stuff he has people taking, and after two or three weeks, the guys are like, ‘I don’t feel good, my blood pressure is up, I got a fever.’

They’re like, ‘I can’t even train because the injection sites are too sore.’ Whatever experiments you’re doing, knock it off. Because it doesn’t look good now that someone actually died in your place. He was taking different stuff, experimenting with hormones and stuff. Plus, Leo was into all that other stuff for brain function. Even taking those things, taking them in the wrong combinations or the wrong amounts can do something up here [points to brain] or who knows what,” Lee Priest said.

Priest speculated that a drug interaction could have caused Leo’s death.

“That’s why, well, he probably didn’t have it there, but I know now, all the medications go through the computers here. So, if your doctor prescribes you one and you go to the chemist to get your prescription filled, it’ll come up, ‘this drug doesn’t go with what you’re taking right now,’ type of thing, so they catch it ahead of time.”

“One drug by itself, fine. This one by itself fine. Combine them, it could be like some could of fatal thing that causes your problems or whatever your issues are,” says Priest.

Tony Huge recently admitted to a health scare of his own. He mentioned that he contracted COVID-19 in August 2021. As a result of battling the virus, Huge revealed that he suffered from heart problems. He stressed that he ‘almost died’ after the frightening experience.
