With both men in their mid-50’s, Kevin Levrone and Milos Sarcev are the epitome of what the ideal middle aged physique should be. That being said, their recent updates are still jaw dropping to say the least.

As everyone ages, we all hope to be able to keep our bodies in the best shape possible. However for someone like IFBB Hall of Famer Kevin Levrone, it is all just a matter of keeping up with what you already have. The 55-year old is no stranger to having a chiseled physique, and this is something that he chooses to maintain as he gets older.

Levrone is known to post some pretty intimidating updates from time to time. However the one he recently shared to his Instagram takes things to another level. The Arnold Classic champion uploaded a picture of himself a few weeks into a body transformation, but already he is starting to look bricked up.

“Anniversary Transformation 2020- Alright here’s my starting point. I haven’t worked out in 9 months. Just started my transformation 4 1/2 weeks ago I was 212lbs, today I’m at 220lbs. This first 2 weeks I just did cardio. Now I added push ups, pull ups, ab work and burpees. I will incorporate some weight training starting next week. I have a tricep injury I need to work around so I have to take it easy. Body weight now is 220lbs my goal is to get to about 225lbs leaner and harder. My birthday is right around the corner. I’m in my middle fifties and I’m just trying to stay healthy. I’m using Creatine, Protein and BCAA’s from @levrone_signature_series meal prep provided from @longlifemealprep I’m only consuming 1800 total calories right now. I’ve been off TRT for a very long time. To be honest with everyone I had my lab work done last week at @lifemedinstitute and my testosterone levels were 244ng/dl. Dr. started my protocol last week so I’m taking 1.5ml of prescribe Cypionate per week noting else. Please check with your Doctor before performance and nutrition activity takes place. As impressive as that is, Kevin Levrone is not the only person with an epic physique update. Milos Sarcev has already proven to be looking solid lately. However he provided another update to his Instagram lately, and he too is looking unstoppable. Here he is doing a hard day of chest workouts, before lifting his shirt and showing how swoll he is.

It is hard to pick between Kevin Levrone and Milos Sarcev, if you are trying to decided who has the best body for their age. One thing is for certain though, and that is the fact that both men are looking good enough to make a young man envious.
