Meghan Scanlon

Meghan Scanlon is only 57kg/125 lbs and squatting 175kg/384lbs for repetitions. This is very impressive and she’ll only get better as she trains for the upcoming IPF Classic Worlds on June 15 in Helsingborg, Sweden.

Now Scanlon is the current USAPL National Champion in her weight class and will be looking to absolutely dominate this year.

And last year at the Raw National competition, she took home first place with a massive 175kg/385.8lb squat, a 107.5kg/237lb bench press, and a 175kg/385.8lb deadlift to finish with a 1008.6lb total.

But, after seeing her squat 384lbs for 6 reps, it seems as if she’s well on her way to surpassing last year’s performance.

Check out her 175kg/384lb squats for 6 reps…

In March, Scanlon took to the Arnold SBD Grand Prix competing in the 138lb class where she crushed a 187.3kg/413.3lb squat, a 117.4kg/259lb bench, and a 413.3lb deadlift to finish with a 1,085.7lb total. This gave her a second place finish and now she’s dropped down to 125lbs to potentially hit the same numbers which would be incredible.

Meghan Scanlon will be adequately prepared for the IPF Classic World’s and we look forward to seeing the numbers she’ll pull off at this competition. We could see some more records broken and personal bests achieved.
