It’s been long established that nothing can stop 8x Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman from gracing the gym with his presence, even after having multiple spine surgeries and nearly facing being crippled. And he’s been kind enough to update us with his training progress videos; with the latest being a set of dumbbell chest presses using 70 pounds in each arm.

Now, many people might be thinking that it’s not a lot of weight he using. But Ronnie Coleman isn’t trying to win competitions anymore and he’s just happy to be training again for his health. Although, he still looks great at 55 years old and continues to push himself like a true champion.

Check out the video below…

Just another Saturday night at The Original Metroflex Gym. Yes I’m training alone and in the gym by myself because it’s closed.

That does not stop a well determined guy like me though. As I was saying the book is finally out and available at Amazon.com or you can email me for a personalized at [email protected] I’ll sign whatever you want me to sign, however many words, just please don’t get carried away

Earlier this year, we learned that Coleman was training 5 days a week following his last surgery and there’s a good chance he still is. But he seems to be a happy version of himself recently which is a blessing in and of itself.

Ronnie Coleman is one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time and his perseverance has been a focal point of his recovery and progress despite all he’s been through.
