Judge Terrick El Guindy believes Michal ‘Krizo’ Krizanek has a bright future in the sport. In an October 14 video, El Guindy recapped Krizo’s impressive Prague Pro victory and argued he has the tools to win the Mr. Olympia.
Krizo has put in the work since making his splash in the IFBB Pro League. In 2026, he picked up huge momentum. He kicked off the season with a second-place finish behind Tonio Burton at the New York Pro. Krizo’s posing and transitions held him back onstage, prompting him to make corrections.
Those improvements were on full display at the 2026 Pittsburgh Pro, where he avenged his defeat against Burton. At the ‘Super Bowl of Bodybuilding,’ Krizo climbed to sixth with freaky muscle density and bursting fullness. After winning gold at the recent Prague Pro event, the Slovakian native qualified for the 2027 Mr. Olympia early.
Terrick El Guindy Sees Michal Krizo as a Future Mr. Olympia Winner
In the video, El Guindy recapped Krizo’s victory in the Czech Republic. He also emphasized that if Nick Walker can jump from sixth to first in one year, it’s possible for Krizo too:
“Onstage, he just overpowers everybody. You need to have guys like Samson, Nick Walker, guys that are also big to go against him. Now, this gives me pause. Here is a guy that this year has won the Pittsburgh Pro. A show that Derek Lunsford, the Mr. Olympia has won.”
“He won this year. Then, he wins Prague. Yes, correct, a big show and he’s in the top six of the Mr. Olympia. Well, guess what? In 2025, the guy who placed sixth, his name was Nick Walker, and now he’s the current Mr. Olympia.”
He shared that Krizo continues to improve and pick up momentum in the Men’s Open.
“What I want to tell you is this: Michal Krizo is rising. You should not ignore the fact that he’s won two big shows, the fact that he’s dominating shows that there’s no big superstars like Samson, Derek, Nick, and Andrew Jacked, and that he belongs in the top six at the Olympia.”
According to El Guindy, Krizo can win the Sandow trophy with mass and freak factor.
“I think we can see Michal Krizo moving up, and moving up, and yes… I’m going to tell you, I think he could be Mr. Olympia. He can Nick Walker everybody that has ever said that he couldn’t be Mr. Olympia. He’s big. He’s massive, huge arms, freak body parts, it looks like I’m describing Nick Walker. Michal Krizo has the tools to go all the way,” shared Terrick El Guindy.
“If Nick Walker has done it, if Dorian Yates has done it, I do see him as well going all the way.”
Having been compared to bodybuilding legend Phil Heath, Krizo continues to find his footing in the ultra-competitive Men’s Open class. With time to improve, he could find himself battling in the Mr. Olympia final callout sooner rather than later.
