How did you get started with Fitness/Bodybuilding?
I started 2 years ago, when I first read the magazine “flex“, There i saw the beautiful bikini girls. So I wanted to look like them
What motivates you, where does your motivation come from?
I love beautiful athletic female bodies…When I’m in shape I feel good. That’s enough motivation.
What workout routine has worked best for you?
I workout 6 days a week. On Sunday I rest or I do yoga, Pilates or just stretching. I do cardio just once a week, my whole focus is on muscle gain.
What’s your typical diet look like?
I eat a lot of vegetables and chicken in the morning i prefer eggs and oatmeal. I eat 7 meals throughout the day and drink a lot of water and tea without sugar. I never eat junk food, This is something like my typical diet.
When trying to cut what type of cardio do you prefer? i.e HIIT or standard cardio?
I prefer a standard cardio, because my metabolism works very fast and when I do HIIT I become too thin, and I’m afraid of loosing muscles.
What is your favourite moment so far in your fitness career?
When I won the Bavarian championship 2011. That was a great day
What are your favourite pre and post workout meals?
Pre workout i just prefer coffee and post workout I like rice cakes together with a post workout shake
How long do you spend in the gym during a typical workout?
A typical workout lasts 60 minutes
