HOW DID YOU GET STARTED WITH FITNESS/BODYBUILDING?
Well. Since the age of 12, I’ve been very fascinated and curious about how the way the human body works. I mean, it’s like an exceptional machine! The way it can heal it self and the way you can make it grow bigger! At the age of 15 I started, at my local gym with a friend of mine.
The workouts was not really serious and after a month I decided to change gym. After one year I became so dedicated to the strict diets and workouts, that I felt I almost couldn’t live without it! For every day I could see my progress and my self getting bigger just made me even more motivated to do the thing I loved! I started fitness modelling at the age of 17 around 6 months ago.
I have been working as a fashion model since the age of 4 and I’ve always loved it. So that’s why I saw the chance in combining it with fitness because suddenly the model agencies were hard to find because of my size compared to how the clothes should fit and stuff like that.
WHAT’S YOUR TYPICAL WORKOUT LOOK LIKE?
WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL DIET LIKE?
Every morning: 250 gram raw oats and 4 eggs.
Lunch: Salads with either chicken, turkey or tuna and low fat dressings.
1 or 2 bananas and a handful of peanuts.
Dinner: Salads and either 250 gram beff chicken or turkey for protein. Potatoes or rice for carbs.
Protein shake before bed.
WHAT SUPPLEMENTS DO YOU TAKE? WHAT IS YOUR SUPPLEMENTATION LIKE?
Whey protein 2-3 times o’day. Fish oil 3 tablets o’day and creatine 1 spoon o’day in a month, then 2 moths without creatine and back again.
ANY ADVICE FOR BEGINNERS GETTING INTO FITNESS?
Don’t push yourself to hard! The body really needs its rest to grow and when its not used to weight lifting, its important that you take it easy and don’t push your body to hard, otherwise you’ll just break down muscle mass rather than gaining it. Remember loads of sleep and don’t try to lift anything extremely heavy because you can get hurt.
HOW DO YOU MEASURE YOUR PROGRESS?
I actually collect pictures over time. Its a great way to see where you came from and it keeps you motivated!
HOW LONG DO YOU SPEND IN THE GYM DURING A TYPICAL WORKOUT?
45 minutes for each muscle group.
