2018 World’s Strongest Man, Game of Thrones actor, and a deadlift world record holder, Hafthor Björnsson, has shown off his physique in his latest Instagram post. Hafthor has really changed the way he looks and revealed his chiseled physique, after losing about 60 kg (132.3 lbs) since his strongman days. Right now, Hafthor looks more like a bodybuilder, than a strongman.

Hafthor’s physique is most prominent in his abs, as his tattoos cover the chest and arms area. He has already given himself a nickname which is “Half-Thor”, and it really suits his transformation. Hafthor’s physique photo was taken right after a 30-minute morning run.

Hafthor’s transformation came through a strict diet and a lot of intense training, as he pointed out while meeting Tyson Fury, his diet is the biggest reason. The last weight update for Hafthor was 20 days ago, when he weighed 147 kg (324 lbs). Judging by the photo, there is no doubt that he managed to lose more weight.

The fight was supposed to happen, but it got postponed following Eddie Hall’s bicep tear in sparring. Soon after, the beef between Bjornsson and Hall got fired up again. They added a $100.000 wager which didn’t last long, as they kept increasing it. The fight is now scheduled to happen in the month of March 2022, and the wager is now that the loser has to get a tattoo of the winner.

Hafthor also fought Devon Larratt, who is one of the greatest arm wrestlers ever. Hafthor won the match with a first-round TKO.

Hafthor Björnsson has really figured out what his body needs, and how to diet. He is looking better every day, and it will be amazing to see how shredded he can get. We already knew that Hafthor is a muscle monster, but right now he lost some fat, and it really showcased his muscle mass.
