Jeremy Buendia won’t be competing at the Mr. Olympia this year, but he made time to share his predictions. In an August 12 Instagram post, he revealed his 2026 Olympia Men’s Physique top four.

Ryan Terry dethroned Erin Banks at the 2022 Olympia and hasn’t looked back. Season to season, he continues to showcase new improvements, from bigger arms to a more defined midsection. He currently holds three Men’s Physique Olympia victories, with plans to nail down a fourth when he makes his way back to Vegas.

If Terry can lay claim to another Olympia gold medal, he’ll tie Jeremy Buendia’s record of four titles. However, the former champ is adamant that it won’t be an easy night out for Terry. He expects reigning 2026 Pittsburgh Pro champ Kyron Holden, Brandon Hendrickson, and Ali Bilal to give him a true test.

During the video, Buendia emphasized that Holden can claim his first Olympia title if he brings a look similar to what he displayed in Pittsburgh or back at the 2022 Legion Sports Fest Pro

“Kyron can win it,” shared Jeremy Buendia. “I think so. I think if Kyron brings the physique he brought to Legion in 2022 or the package he brought to Pittsburgh, I think he’s going to have a real chance at it.”

He expects Terry to bring his all-time best in an attempt to tie his record.

“Ryan is bringing his all-time best; Ryan wants number four. He wants to tie me. I know that. I know it’s been a dream of his, and it’s been a goal of his for a long time. He’s doing everything he needs to make that happen for himself. If it happens for him, I want to congratulate him because I love Ryan; I think he’s an amazing person.”

Terry has filled his fans in on his preparations for the 2026 Mr. Olympia, including his nutrition plan. The three-time champ recently broke down his 4,852-calorie full day of eating ahead of his title defense. He mainly eats protein with rice and prefers not to count his calories.

“I work on weight of food. Each week as I’m in prep, I just reduce the weight of food. I don’t typically go around calories.”

The Men’s Physique Olympia lineup is one of the most stacked in the sport’s history. The 2026 Mr. Olympia will take place from September 24-27 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
