I guess you should know now that lifting heavy weights and strength training exercises like a bench press don’t make you look massive instead, it makes you a badass. This powerlifter Allison Hind who’s a monstrous beast just shared a final heavy single bench press on her Instagram which shows that she smokes an insane 154kg/340 lb in the lead up to her upcoming show.

Hind is participating in Maidens Raw Open, which is a female-only powerlifting show which takes place on October 13th in Syracuse. In her previous show she puts on impressive numbers in her weight class, so we’re excited to see what she can bring this weekend.

Hind is a competitive athlete in the 67.5kg (148 lbs) weight class, has been crushing big weight in her training.

By looking at her latest progress and improvements, round about six months ago, Hind competed in the Iron Asylum Full Power Meet and lifted an insane 183kg/405 lb squat, and 136kg/300 lb bench press.

Last month, Hind killed a 201kg/445lb squat for a lifetime PR and now her latest video where she smokes 154kg/ 340 lb bench press if you need the motivation to check out her video below:

Most athletes commented on her most recent video saying the 40lb improvement in the time span of six months is insane, particularly in a bench press. To that Hind credits to her coaches for all the progress: “Rheta West coaches my squat and Alex Alexander coaches my bench, and both of these have really taken off this meet prep.”

What do you think of this insane feat of strength from powerlifter Allison Hind?
