The Men’s Physique Olympia title is up for grabs, and Nick Walker has an idea of who might take it next. He appeared in an August 18 interview and predicted that Kyron Holden will win gold when he returns to Las Vegas.
From 2023–2025, Ryan Terry has laid claim to the Men’s Physique Olympia title. His signature Superman pose, tight waist, and balanced proportions have helped him stay on top. The stakes at this year’s Mr. Olympia are high; if Terry wins, he’ll tie Jeremy Buendia’s record of four Olympia victories.
The ‘Super Bowl of Bodybuilding‘ won’t be a cakewalk for Terry. He faces another deep lineup of contenders, with many capable of pulling off upsets. Among the frontrunners is Ali Bilal. He took runner-up behind Terry at the last two Mr. Olympia contests. The Afghanistan native has remained busy throughout the season.
Bilal secured a dominant win at the 2026 New York Pro, but faced an all-time best Kyron Holden in Pittsburgh. Ultimately, he fell short to Holden, which completely shook up the Men’s Physique Olympia title picture. With less than six weeks before competitors battle, Walker explained why Terry might leave Sin City without his crown this time around.
Nick Walker Says Kyron Holden Can Beat Ryan Terry at 2026 Olympia If He Repeats Pittsburgh Look
In the latest Men’s Physique Radio podcast, Walker predicted that Holden can win the 2026 Olympia if he simply replicates the look he brought in Pittsburgh:
“Kyron. Let me tell you something, let me tell you something, that motherfucker shows at Olympia like he did Pittsburgh, that motherfucker is going to win with flying colors. If he just replicates that look, he doesn’t even have to change it, just replicate it. You won, my brother,” Nick Walker said.
With the biggest event of the season coming soon, bodybuilders have begun issuing their predictions. Former four-time Men’s Physique Olympia Jeremy Buendia laid out his top four picks. He labeled Terry, Holden, Bilal, and Brandon Hendrickson as top favorites. Buendia also shared that Holden has the potential to win his first Olympia.
However, he warned that Terry is on track to bring the strongest look of his career:
“Ryan is bringing his all-time best; Ryan wants number four. He wants to tie me. I know that. I know it’s been a dream of his, and it’s been a goal of his for a long time. He’s doing everything he needs to make that happen for himself. If it happens for him, I want to congratulate him because I love Ryan; I think he’s an amazing person.”
The Men’s Physique division is among the most popular and competitive in the sport. Find out who wins the 2026 Olympia title when the show returns from September 24-27 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
