The 2023 Mr. Olympia Weekend took over Orlando, Florida and festivities have just wrapped up. In the end, Chris Bumstead pulled off a remarkable fifth consecutive victory, extending his title reign to five in the Classic Physique category.

Anticipation surrounding the contest exploded following prejudging, which took place on the morning of Saturday, November 4. Last year’s outcome saw Bumstead win despite a bicep tear in a show of perseverance. However, this time around, Urs Kalecinski‘s arms were looking bigger and his lower body was even more shredded this year.

Meanwhile, the reigning Arnold Classic champion Ramon Rocha Queiroz, only seems to improve from show to show and was hell-bent on taking out Bumstead. It was a thrilling final, with Ramon showing off insane ab development. He went head-to-head with Bumstead.

Finals saw Urs Kalecinski, Bumstead, and Ramon fighting throughout several comparisons. Following an action-packed posedown, Chris Bumstead got the job done with improved arms and a tight waist. Meanwhile, Ramon Rocha Queiroz took second. Urs Kalecinski finished third. Bumstead made sure to emphasize that this one “was a really special one” after being tested this year. He admitted to tearing his lat 10 weeks out.
