Jessica Buettner has been someone to watch for a while now and the 24-year-old powerlifter from Canada just continues to get stronger and progress in her lifts.
Back in March, she pulled 452 for 5 and then she took first at the Commonwealth Championships where she pulled 536.8 pounds.
And Buettner recently posted a video where she plowed through 405 pounds for 14 reps for AMRAP (as many reps as possible). And she wrote the following on Instagram to accompany the video…
AMRAP 405lbs/184kgs x 14! Don’t know if this is the start or the end of the off season things, but I love it
Check it out…
Buettner took 1st place at the 2019 Commonwealth Championships in September with a 1,200.4 lb pound total (National record) where she deadlifted a huge 536.8 pounds (National record) in the 185 weight class, although she weighed around 170 pounds.
And this was her best meet performance yet.
Check out her deadlift from the meet…
