Bodybuilding great Ronnie Coleman still pushes the boundaries of his strength in retirement. In a recent YouTube video, Coleman walked fans through an intense chest and triceps training session at his Signature Series Gym decked out with state-of-the-art Panatta equipment.

“We’re about to hit some chest and tris at the Ronnie Coleman Signature Series Gym, yeah buddy!” Ronnie Coleman shared.

Cementing his name in the International Sports Hall Of Fame, Ronnie Coleman’s career goes down in history as one of the greatest. He is tied with Lee Haney for the most Mr. Olympia titles won at eight. During his reign of nearly a decade, Coleman laid waste to his adversaries with superior size, conditioning, and willpower.

He is considered one of the strongest bodybuilders to ever compete, having registered jaw-dropping feats of strength including a squat and deadlift of 800 pounds as well as his staggering 2,300-pound leg press set. Coleman was eventually dethroned at Mr. Olympia by Jay Cutler, though his impact on the sport remains undeniable.

In retirement, Coleman’s health has taken center stage following a total of 13 back surgeries leaving him unable to walk unassisted. Having received stem cell treatment and other forms of therapy, he continues to inch closer to walking again. That being said, Coleman still values a strenuous training session.

As of late, Ronnie Coleman took a trip down memory lane, reflecting on some of the sacrifices and accomplishments he experienced throughout his tenure. Initially, before journeying into the sport, Coleman was hesitant because of the dietary discipline that bodybuilding demands. Even though he grew accustomed to strict nutrition, he still named that as one of his biggest obstacles.

‘The King’ always viewed himself as his biggest rival and never concerned himself with the competition, a strategy that appeared to be foolproof for the former eight-time Mr. Olympia winner. Despite his mobility issues, Coleman remains devoted to the gym and training. He regularly collaborates with other influencers and encourages them to take on heavy lifts.

The 59-year-old bodybuilding star doesn’t ever miss an opportunity to pump iron with a fellow great. He recently met with Arnold Schwarzenegger at Gold’s Gym Venice for a sun-filled training session, which both men appreciated considering their legacies.

Ronnie Coleman doesn’t look to be slowing down anytime soon based on the intensity he brought to his latest workout. He looks forward to sharing more training sessions from the Ronnie Coleman Signature Series Gym in the future.
