Powerlifter Jordanne Panton Deadlifts Unofficial Raw USAPL Record Of 235-kg (518-lb) in Training

Jordanne Panton is one of the best 22-year-old powerlifters out there, having already claimed several incredible victories and records. The best display of her power came in March 2022, as she broke the U67.5KG USAPL Deadlift Record at the 2022 USAPL Arnold Pioneer Belt Pro Deadlift. However, after just two months of extra training, Jordanne has improved even more. On May 18, Jordanne shared a massive 235-kilogram (518-pound) deadlift from training.

Jordanne Panton’s recent deadlift is 2 kilograms (4.4 pounds) heavier than what she lifted at 2022 Arnold’s. So it can be considered an Unofficial Raw USAPL Record. Jordanne’s Instagram account captions state that she still competes in the 67.5-kilogram weight class, so her current bodyweight is most likely very similar to that.

Jordanne Panton intends to compete at the 2022 USAPL Mega Nationals, which will take place from June 7-12, 2022, in Las Vegas, Nevada. It seems very likely that she will break the USAPL Record once again, considering how neat and comfortable her deadlifts are. Jordanne usually uses the mixed grip in conjunction with a sumo stance. She also mostly competes in the raw division, so a lifting belt is all she uses.

Jordanne Panton At A Glance

Jordanne Panton started her powerlifting career in 2013 when she was just 14-years-old. That is why at only 22-years-old, Jordanne can be considered a veteran of the sport. She is incredibly experienced with 24 sanctioned powerlifting competitions under her belt. She has won 18 of them, and has not lost in the past 4 meets. Jordanne’s most notable success is claiming the deadlift USAPL record and becoming the 5x American Champion.

Jordanne Panton’s Greatest Performances

  • 2019 USAPL Raw Nationals — First-place
  • 2018 & 2019 USAPL Collegiate Nationals — First-place
  • 2016 & 2018 IPF World Sub-Juniors & Juniors Powerlifting Championships — Second-place

If she wins the 2022 USAPL Mega Nationals, it will most definitely be one of her greatest wins yet. But even if she does not, it seems like she will improve her competition PRs.

Jordan Panton’s Raw Competition PRs:

  • Squat: 162.5 kg (358.3 lbs) — (2021 USAPL Europa Dallas Showdown)
  • Bench Press: 90 kg (198.4 lbs) — (2021 USAPL Europa Dallas Showdown)
  • Deadlift: 233 kg (513 lbs) — (2022 USAPL Arnold Pioneer Belt Pro Deadlift)
  • Total: 480 kg (1058.2 lbs) — (2021 USAPL Europa Dallas Showdown)

With three weeks left until her next competition, Jordanne Panton is almost finished with her preparation. Looking back at her recent posts, she has performed some very heavy squats and deadlifts, so she will be in a good position to grab a superb placing in the USAPL Nationals. Jordanne may also expect to break yet another deadlift record, so that will be exciting to watch.
