Larry Wheels is knowing for his mind-blowing strength in all three of the big lifts. He quickly made a name for himself as a result and he continues to improve his lifts. Wheels recently set an all-time world record total at the 2020 Arnold Sports Festival in Columbus Ohio last month.

And he too has found interesting ways to train at home during these tough times, recently sharing a home workout that involved a couch where he did overhead presses and bicep curls. It made him look more like Hercules than anything else but hey… however you can make gains right?

Wheels recently reposted a video from a year ago when he deadlifted 725lbs for a whopping 12 reps which was a new AMRAP (as many reps as possible) pr for him.

This is what he wrote on Instagram to accompany the clip…

“725lbsx12 PR my best deadlift AMRAP!“

Check it out…
