The 2025 Mr. Olympia competition heads back to Las Vegas, Nevada from October 9-12. The prestigious event will take over the Resorts World venue once again, and fans expect that the action will pave the way for a brand new competitive landscape in the IFBB Pro League.
Joe Weider’s Fitness and Performance Weekend remains the most significant bodybuilding event on the calendar. This year’s show will feature 11 IFBB Pro divisions, including Men’s Open, Men’s 212 Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, Men’s Physique, Men’s Wheelchair, Bikini, Wellness, Women’s Physique, Women’s Bodybuilding, Figure, and Fitness.
In 2024, Samson Dauda shocked the world by becoming the 19th man to hold the Sandow trophy. He unseated former two-division Olympia titleholder Derek Lunsford and also surpassed former champion Hadi Choopan on the scorecards. Soon, gold will be fought for again, with some usual faces and new names eager to assert themselves as the number one bodybuilder in the world.
