The 2025 Joe Weider’s Olympia Fitness & Performance Weekend has taken over Las Vegas, Nevada, from Oct. 9–12. Competitors from the Fitness division squared off inside the Las Vegas Convention Center for prejudging on Oct. 10, at 9:30 a.m. PDT.
The Fitness division is an outlier in the IFBB Pro League — athletes are tasked with a physique round and then an individual posing routine that makes up two-thirds of the total score. In 2024, Missy Truscott secured a third Fitness Olympia title before setting her sights on a switch into Figure. This leaves room for a new titleholder to emerge, and contenders seized the opportunity.
In the final callout, Michelle Fredua-Mensah commanded center stage, holding her own with aesthetics and shape. Allison Kramer’s tapered waist gave her the edge in front-facing poses. It’s anyone’s crown going into tonight’s finals!
