Upon his return to civilian life, he worked in various capacities in the fitness industry, including as a gym instructor, personal trainer, and facility manager. He has also owned and operated his own gym and a personal training qualification company.

Away from work, Patrick enjoys reading, cooking, coffee, and attending live rock gigs. A resident of sunny Cyprus for the past two decades, he takes full advantage of the island’s climate for an active, outdoor lifestyle.

Education:

Patrick holds a college diploma in physical education and has undergone extensive training in various aspects of fitness and well-being. He’s a qualified Olympic weightlifting coach and holds numerous UK fitness vocational qualifications, including sports massage, nutrition, and group exercise.
