Men’s 212 bodybuilding standout Keone Pearson continues to keep attention on himself just days before the 2025 Olympia. The defending champion recently gave fans and his team a clear preview of his entire physique, showing how dialed in his shape and size are this season.

Earlier this week, Pearson shared new photos and posing clips that highlighted his overall condition. Every muscle group, from his arms and shoulders to his legs and back, looked sharp and balanced, proving why he remains one of the top athletes in the division.

Rapid Rise to the Top

Pearson’s progress in the sport has been fast and remarkable. His professional journey started in 2016 in Classic Physique, but after a few years he transitioned to the 212 division, where he found his ideal fit.

A turning point came when he faced Shaun Clarida and secured a huge victory, capturing the Olympia title. He has since claimed two consecutive 212 Olympia championships, becoming the athlete everyone is aiming to dethrone.

Possible Move to Men’s Open

There’s ongoing talk about whether Pearson might eventually step into the Men’s Open category. Several elite competitors have successfully made that change. Derek Lunsford, for example, won the 212 Olympia in 2021 before moving up and winning the 2023 Mr. Olympia crown, becoming the first to claim titles in two different classes.

Pearson has acknowledged that this could be part of his future but says he still has more to achieve in the 212 class before making that leap.

The Prague Pro is also part of the conversation surrounding Pearson’s future. In 2024, Chris Bumstead entered the Men’s Open lineup at that event and finished as runner-up, drawing huge attention.

If Pearson competes there, fans will be eager to see how his physique measures up against larger competitors. For now, though, his focus remains on holding onto his Olympia title.
