The 2025 Musclecontest Luciano Cruz Juiz de Fora Pro took over Juiz de Fora, Brazil on November 15, bringing together elite athletes from the Men’s Physique and Women’s Physique divisions. With early 2026 Mr. Olympia qualifications on the line, competitors arrived with world-class conditioning, polished presentation, and a clear focus on securing their ticket to next year’s biggest bodybuilding event.
In Men’s Physique, Brazil’s Dilson Espindola took gold thanks to his balanced proportions, clean lines, and confident stage presence. His victory comes shortly after the 2025 Men’s Physique Olympia, where Ryan Terry successfully defended his title. Espindola now earns the right to challenge the British champion at the 2026 Mr. Olympia.
In Women’s Physique, hometown standout Naiana Nana commanded the stage with flawless poise, symmetry, and presentation. Her dominant outing secured first place and an early qualification to face Natalia Abraham Coelho — the reigning champion at next year’s marquee event.
