The 2026 CrossFit Quarterfinals are set to take place on March 26-30. With the recent completion of the 2026 CrossFit Open, the participant pool has narrowed down significantly, letting through only the top 25% of performers from each division. Well, those who managed to qualify for the second stage of the season now know what challenges lie ahead, as the organizers just revealed all four workouts for the Quarterfinals.

The competitors in the 2026 CrossFit Quarterfinals will have to perform the workouts in affiliate gyms, after which they will submit their scores to the leaderboards. Shortly after, the results will be tallied up, revealing just who will make it through to the CrossFit Semifinals.
