One of the greatest rising stars in powerlifting, Tiffany Chapon, is once again putting up some massive lifts. The French powerlifter, who competes in the 47 kg category, hits an unofficial record-breaking performance in the gym. In addition, Tiffany recently recovered from Covid-19, but still posted a 410 kg (903.9 lbs) total from training. The current IPF World Record is 407.5 kg (898.4 lbs), set by Chen Wei-Ling at the 2015 IPF World Classic Powerlifting Championships.

Tiffany’s first lift was a 150 kg (231.5 lbs) squat. She used a lifting belt, knee sleeves and wrist wraps. Tiffany also squatted with a very narrow stance, for which she is known for. This is just 3 kg lighter than the All-Time World Record Squat, which she holds.

Tiffany’s second lift was a 95 kg (209.5 lbs) bench press. She only used wrist wraps to aid her in the press and was just 0.5 kg (1.1 lbs) off the current IPF World Record Bench Press.

Her last lift was a 165 kg (363.8 lbs) deadlift. Tiffany only used a lifting belt, while her deadlifting style was sumo, accompanied by a mixed grip. Tiffany also attempted a 172.5 kg (380.3 lbs) deadlift and even lifted it up, but her grip betrayed her, causing the bar to slip out of her hands.

You can watch all of Tiffany’s lifts here:

  • Squat: 150 kg (330 pounds)
  • Bench: 95 kg  (209.5 pounds)
  • Deadlift: 165 kg  (363.8 pounds)
  • Total: 410 kg (904 pounds)
