Just three weeks after her record-breaking performance at the 2022 FFForce French Nationals, Tiffany Chapon showed off another amazing feat of strength. In Tiffany’s recent training session, she managed to Unofficially break the All-Time U47 Raw World Record Total & Squat. Furthermore, she also bench pressed more weight than her current competition PR.

Tiffany Chapon’s Raw Training Performance

  • Squat: 165 kg (363.8 lbs) Unofficial U47 All-Time World Record
  • Bench Press: 95 kg (209.4 lbs)
  • Deadlift: 165 kg (363.8 lbs)
  • Total: 425 kg (937 lbs) Unofficial U47 All-Time World Record

Tiffany Chapon’s 165 kg (363.8 lbs) squat is 10 kg (22 lbs) heavier than the current All-Time World Record, which she set at the 2022 FFForce French Nationals. Tiffany only used a lifting belt, knee sleeves, and wrist wraps to aid her in the lift, making it raw.

Her 425 kg (937 lbs) total from training is 7 kg (15.4 lbs) heavier than the current All-Time World Record, which she also set in the same competition as the squat.

Tiffany Chapon’s 95 kg (209.4 lbs) bench press is 2 kg (4.4 lbs) heavier than her competition PR, which was set at the 2022 French Nationals. This means that the deadlift is the only event in which Tiffany did not manage to beat her competition PR, which currently stands at 170 kg (375 lbs), also from the nationals.

She is just 20-years-old and is already making waves in the sport with her massive lifts. Her first competition was in December 2020, so in just over one year of competing, Tiffany has managed to claim multiple World Records. During that time period, Tiffany has taken part in 8 sanctioned competitions, winning 6 of them.

In 2021, Tiffany Chapon managed to win the French Nationals, IPF World Classic Powerlifting Championships, and EPF European Classic Powerlifting Championships. She has already been proclaimed the greatest 47 kg French lifter this year and seems very likely to defend her World and European Champion titles as well.

This is not the first time that Tiffany Chapon is breaking World Records in training, as she broke the squat record shortly before her previous competition. That competition turned out to be one of the best in her career, but it seems like she plans to put up some crazy numbers at the 2022 IPF World Classic Powerlifting Championships. The most prestigious powerlifting competition will take place from June 6-12, 2022, in Sun City, South Africa. With two months left to tweak some little thing, there is no doubt that Tiffany Chapon will put up another incredible performance.
